Flex rates are charged automatically 24 hours before arrival. Non-refundable rates are charged the moment you book.

It depends on the rate you chose. Flex can be changed or cancelled up to 24 hours before arrival, while non-refundable bookings are binding. Send us an email at booking@revier.no and we will help you. If you booked through Booking.com or Expedia, you will need to go through them directly.

Breakfast is not included, but you can add it when you book on revier.no. It is served at our good friends Det Grønne Kjøkken across the street, and costs 285 kroner per person. Open 07 to 10 on weekdays and 08 to 11 at weekends.

Egyptian cotton bedding, soft towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner and moisturiser from D.S. & Durga, organic coffee and tea, and a Geneva Bluetooth speaker you can connect your phone to. If you run out of anything, there is more in the Supply Room on the second floor.

We do not go into your room while you are staying, because it is yours. If you stay longer than a week, we come by with fresh bedding and towels every seventh day. If you would like cleaning more often, or rather not at all, tell us in the app and we will sort it.

We do not have extra beds, but we do have family suites with a king size bed and a bunk bed with two full single beds.

Yes. We have a limited number, so send us an email at booking@revier.no at least a day before you arrive and we will set one up.

Yes, we love dogs. There is a cleaning fee on top, and you will see the current rate when you book on revier.no.

Use the 24/7 Entrance, right next to the main entrance at street level. Open the door with your mobile key or the PIN in the Guest App and you are in.

No problem, just ring the bell. There is a doorbell at the 24/7 Entrance at street level that connects you straight to our service line. During the day one of us answers, at night our security partner does.

The Lobby is open from 09 to 21. Outside those hours our security partner is reachable by phone and comes by at short notice if needed.

Yes, any time. The luggage room is at street level right by the Lobby and is open around the clock. You will find the door code in the Guest App.

We do not have parking of our own. If you drive petrol or diesel, we recommend Bankplassen Parkeringshus across the street. For electric and hybrid cars, Akershus Festning car park two minutes away is the better option.

Yes, everyone is welcome, not only people staying here. The Lobby is open from 09 to 21 every day, with free wifi and a good atmosphere. In the evening there is biodynamic wine, local beer and something to eat. Just come by.

Yes, if you are staying with us. There is organic coffee and tea in the room, and you can help yourself in the Lobby throughout your stay.

Yes, and it is one of the most popular places in the city in summer. You do not need to book a table, there is usually plenty of room for walk-ins, but if you want to be certain you can book on revier.no.

The run club meets every Thursday morning and is free and open to everyone. Yoga is every Friday morning, run with Blush Yoga in the neighbourhood, and is free if you are staying here. If you are not, sign up with Blush at blushyogaskin.no.

No, but we do have a run club every Thursday morning and yoga every Friday morning, both free if you are staying here. If you want a proper gym, tell us and we will point you to the best ones nearby.

We rent out Kinosalen, our screening room, for private film screenings, presentations, workshops and much else. It seats 18. Send us an email at events@revier.no and we will work it out together.

We have Oransjeriet at the top, Spisesalen, the Lobby, the Atrium and Kinosalen, and most people use several of them over the course of an evening.
