Revier is named after the almost forgotten canal project of the same name that aimed to bolster Oslo as an international trading post, as now, some centuries later, we see the city's cultural landscape bolstered by a demographic even more diverse than the original Revier project tried to encourage.
Revier is a single destination, but comprises five unique concepts under one roof; handcrafted pasta, all-day wine and bites, casual fine-dining, open-air drinks and even the chance to see your favourite film while enjoying your new favourite bottle, we even have rooms to spend the night in.
Whether you're an Oslo resident on the hunt for new culinary experiences, or a visitor looking for the perfect basecamp from where to explore the Norwegian capital, Revier is the ideal destination.
From top to bottom, Revier is filled with food and drink experiences for locals and visitors alike. In the heart of the house you'll find Bar Revier, an all-day experience serving everything from breakfast and brunch indulgences to late night plates with plenty of wines by the glass. Next to it is Null Null, serving deliciously curated handmade pasta dishes in a fun and energetic environment.
Tucked away in the back of the house is culinary centerpiece Savage. While growing up, head chef Andrea Selvaggini was always called the wild one, or Selvaggio (the Savage), and it's with this energy that he presents his vision of dining with fun and personality-driven service that engages each guest's experience. Savage brings several cultures and flavours together through a carefully orchestrated experience that challenges perceptions at each turn.
Over Revier is a rare find in Oslo, a rooftop terrace open all year-round. Whether sitting in the open air or under the protection of the orangerie, guests can make memories while sharing food, an exciting mix of wines, and a special selection of cocktails in the heat of the sun or under the cold stars of winter.
Hidden away in the basement is Under Revier. An exclusive and intimate 18 seat screening room – with lounge chairs as comfortable as your dreams – offering an exciting choice of both drinks and dishes. Under Revier provides several weekly movie screenings, hosting both public and private events.
